So I finished the book not having learned as much hte as I hoped when I ordered it, but I do now have a different attitude to mixing. So far I enjoy it as a book.

My point in the book is to explain the importance of a quality 2-buss mixerman zen and the art of mixing when mixing modern music, and that you need to be very selective about what you strap on the mixerman zen and the art of mixing. Rejecting things, so I’ve come to understand, only creates tension. Great writing style too – very conversational and engaging.

Fortunately, as someone who’s been recording and mixing for a while, I had eventually come to a lot of these conclusions on my own, but I certainly would have come to them much quicker had I read this earlier.
